You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to any other person. Account credentials are confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

Users found engaging in any prohibited activity will have their Accounts immediately suspended, all funds and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

10. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

rg7773 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable Bonus Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures or providing false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as defined in Section 5.4.

Upon Account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (real money funds not subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, minus any applicable fees or charges. Bonus funds, pending bonuses, and associated winnings are forfeited upon Account closure. rg7773 is not obligated to provide advance notice of Account suspension or closure, though we will endeavor to notify Users via registered email address where practicable.
